iLeadership is an online leadership training platform run and managed by Dr. Alfonse Javed. Started in 2012, most of the training material is based on the principles mentioned in his book, “Productive Leadership.”

As a subsidiary company of Resource and Aid Mobilization, registered in NY, USA, we compile free leadership resources available for accessing, training, empowering, and evaluating leadership styles and its impact on an organization. We watch market trends and update our resources accordingly so that our clients have the most up to date information on what is working for other companies. So far, our primary focus has been on the non-profit sector and donation-based companies.

We are an online leadership center that believes in the power of collaborative learning experiences. Anthropologically, leaders from all tribes and nations share certain basic values and practices that make them the most respected, influential, and motivated/motivating leaders. Geographically, a remote village chief somewhere in Mozambique – a country in sub-Saharan Africa where food is scarce and water is not safe to drink and a CEO of a large hedge fund in Manhattan, both seek after tools, techniques, ideas, and assistance that may help them to deal with certain challenges that cause them stress and sleepless nights.

Our holistic approach to leadership development which is defined as “a value-based approach to producing optimal outcomes through the collaborative development of all participants in the process, at all levels of functional performance”  in a democratized organizational environment as well as a top to bottom style organization ensures productivity in all areas of the company and in the lives of leaders. A strong, stable, and smart leader can produce sustainable growth.

We answer the fundamental question: what does it mean to be a productive leader? We believe nourishing your community through leadership produces fruit that can be felt by others (and can cause a ripple effect), but being a true leader means nourishing your roots inwardly to hone your character into a truly productive leader.

We are influenced on a daily basis by those around us, especially by those in positions of leadership. These interactions are inevitable and can provide the basis for who we are as leaders and how we affect the world around us. We, therefore, cannot avoid leadership, but we can work towards being productive leaders. Our resources based on the Productive Leadership book by Dr. Alfonse Javed will provide insight on how you can become a fruit-bearing, world-impacting leader. This is for all men and women from all backgrounds to improve their leadership silks.

Dr. Alfonse Javed and his team help non-profit organizations with tools that can improve leadership.

Kimberly Fries from Forbes indicates that “Company leaders are facing a crisis. Nearly one-third of employees don’t trust management. In addition to this, employers now have to cater to the needs of the millennial generation. On average, after graduating from college, a millennial will change jobs four times before they are 32. Most of them also don’t feel empowered in their current jobs.

It’s clear that many leaders are failing to foster a sense of trust and loyalty in their employees. Fortunately, that doesn’t have to be the case. Managers who show great leadership qualities can inspire their teams to accomplish amazing things, according to Daniel Wang, the creator of Loopring Protocol and founder of the Loopring Foundation. Loopring is a decentralized automated execution system that trades across the crypto-token exchanges. The platform reduces the cost of trading and shields users from counterparty risk. I’ve distilled my conversation with Wang to eight of the most essential qualities that make a great leader.”
